Are the dimensions of the cases the same?

Yes, the Classic range with CaseSafe still retains the same dimensions.


Does the July Carry On with CaseSafe come with a Power Bank?

Yes! The July Carry On with CaseSafe still features our signature Carry On.


What is the warranty on the luggage? 

The suitcase is covered by our Lifetime Warranty, covering manufacturing faults that effect the functionality. The CaseSafe tracker in the lock is covered by a separate warranty.


What is the warranty on the CaseSafe™ tracker?

The CaseSafe tracker is covered by our 2 Year Ancillary Item Warranty for manufacturing faults, and can be replaced separately from the lock itself if needed. However, battery changes are not covered under this warranty.


Is the CaseSafe Trackable lock repairable?

Yes! The CaseSafe tracker can be removed from the case without needing to remove the lock. You can read more here


What Battery is compatible with the CaseSafe Trackable lock?

The CaseSafe tracker uses a CR2032 coin battery.


Are there instructions provided with the case to set up the CaseSafe Trackable lock?

Yes! Via a tag with a QR Code linking to an instruction webpage with setup guides. If you've removed the tag, you can also view the instructions here


Are still selling the Qantas x July cases?

What if July with CaseSafe is not right for me?

If returning your July with CaseSafe product, the battery tab must be intact and tracker must be unpaired from any devices.

If this item has been previously paired with your iOS or Android device, kindly ensure that you have unpaired the device and removed from your account. This can be done via the Apple "Find My" and Google "Find Hub" apps. Please click here for instructions.

Kindly note that penalties may apply to CaseSafe items that have been returned without unpairing.
